Found a combat site today. NPCs were made mostly of frigates, cruisers, battlecruisers and a lone battleship called Phi-Protector or something can't remember name right. The lone battleship NPC has the chance to drop some faction loot but not always. Site has to rooms, first one was empty for me no NPCs, just structures. Second room is where the combat begins.
I'd value the Corelum C-Type Energized Reactive Membraneat about 4.5mil based off lowest contract in the region The Forge.
